    Great!

Bought two of these guys. One was really small, which I didn't mind since one of them was meant for a small tank anyway! They were both alive and attached to the bag, moving around. They're happy in their new abode.

    Great Service, packaging and species.

Appreciate the care put into the packaging for both the safety of the critters and the reassurance for the buyer. Also, you can tell the quality of the environments the critters are coming from as my quarantines are brief.

    Great Experience

    Posted by N. R. on 7th Jan 2021

I was hesitant to order since I couldn't find much feedback about this store on the fish forums. The little bit I found was positive so I took a chance. I ordered 5 these babies on January 3 (Sunday). They shipped on Tuesday (FedEx overnight), and they arrived on Wednesday (January 6) still nice and warm with a heat pack and a few floating plants (spangles?). I drip acclimated them immediately, and all of them were showing signs of life in the bag. The next day all but one are active, but it's normal for nerites to take a few days to move after shipping. The packaging was excellent.

The snails I received range from pea-sized to almost the size of a nickel. I only gave 4 stars overall rating because the larger snails have chips in their shells and the largest one doesn't have "koopa" spikes. I wish the description had said that these might include B-grade snails because I don't like to purchase snails with imperfect shells, especially when they're being shipped.

Came in healthy and acclimated well

Posted by Willow Harper on 31st Jan 2020

Arrived doubled bagged with heat packs still nice and warm. Shells are nice and healthy with no signs of calcium deficiencies or any cracks, and they acclimated very well. They've already started to go town on the green spot algae in my tank.
