Batik Nerite Snail (Neritina sp. "Batik")
Named for the intricate patterns that resemble those of the famed batik fabrics of Java, Indonesia, these snails not only look stunning but are great algae eaters as well! They can live in slightly brackish or freshwater conditions, but will only reproduce in brackish water.
