Bumblebee Cat - Microglanis iheringi
The Bumblebee Catfish is normally nocturnal though it does come out during the day when there is food!
Be cautious with tank mates as it can eat smaller fish such as Neon Tetras.
Size is currently around 2".

Happy with my new fish friends!
I had two bumblebee catfish shipped overnight and they arrived alive and healthy. They were packaged very well and enclosed in two airtight bags (one bag inside another) with the fish inside. They added a heat pack to the package as well to ensure they were comfortable, but I’m not sure how effective it actually was because it was located on top of the newspaper packing materials and not actually touching the outside of the plastic bags so I’m not sure that it really helped much seeing as heat naturally rises and heat transfer is nearly impossible the way that it had been packaged. However, overall I am very happy with my new friends. I just received them yesterday and I see no signs of illness or discomfort. They seem as if they were raised well and, surprisingly, they seem relatively friendly toward people given the nature of their species. Perfect size and Excellent health!
They were very healthy and active upon arrival with great color patterns.
They weren't emaciated, but slim; which is good because you don't want to ship well fed fish. Due to the stress they foul the water and if they had full bellies, they'd die from or have ammonia shock. So that's kudos to Petzone and their shipping policies.
They started eating right away and will come out during the day when I feed. Plump catfish bellies!
