Burundi Frontosa Cichlid (Cyphotilapia frontosa)
Size is about 1 inch or so. a classic lake Tanganyika Cichlid that grows to a large size and is excellent in Cichlid community tanks! Beautiful black and white striped fish with a tint of blue.
The Frontosa Cichlid is known to grow a large Nuchal Hump similar in appearance to Flowerhorn. A set up with a sandy bottom and rocky mounts with caves will create a natural habitat that allows the fish to flourish. Though not overly territorial each group creates a hierarchy of their own.
