Scissortail rasbora - Rasbora trilineata
The Scissortail rasbora is one very peaceful fish. Their tails resemble a scissor with its "open scissor" look.
They can grow up to 6". A tight lid is recommended as they are known to jump.
These Southeast Asian nano fish are excellent for planted tanks and other nano fish tanks. They have a shiny silver body with faint stripes and a pretty tail with black stripes that resemble an open pair of scissors. A very hardy variety of Rasbora that will readily take to high quality dried foods. This Rasbora is know you open and close their tails similar to a pair of scissors.

Scissortail Rasbora
Awesome schooling fish. Very underrated. They develope a mirror-like belly area that is amazing. Of course, their tailfins are quite interesting and fun to watch as they swim. They are very enthusiastic eaters, darting to the surface and then back down. They also like a calm area of the tank where they can school together and just hover in the water column.
