I ordered 3 African Dwarf Frogs on 5-4-2021. All three frogs arrive alive and well at 10AM on 5-5-2021. They were shipped from California to Ohio in a bag of water with plenty of space for the three of them, and enough padding so that the frogs wouldn't get tossed around in the box, plus a small heat pack to ensure they didn't get cold.
They were acclimated to their new home immediately, using a slow drip method, and they've been adjusting very well!
The only issue I've had with the frogs is that 2 out of 3 have been refusing food (frozen mysis shrimp, brine shrimp, and plankton), but when I reached out to PetZone via email to ask what they were being fed at PetZone, I received a prompt response letting me know that they were fed live black worms. Luckily I have some of those on hand and will be attempting feeding again this afternoon.
Overall, I will be returning for all of my tropical fish, frog, and live plants needs that I can't access locally.
