Customer service was on point. At first I was notified that I’d have to wait a week for their stock to come in. I was bummed but accepted it. Not more than an hour later they updated me that they had some at another location and 2 days later he arrived. Packaging was good, not the best I’ve seen but good enough to get the job done. I could see the little guy swimming around just fine before I even pulled the bag out. He has been in the tank a full 24 hours now and he seems to be enjoying life. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy online and I will return for more!
