The Black Pinto Shrimp is a red mutation strain of the Bee Shrimp crossed again and again with a Tiger/Tibee until the desired color is achieved. These dwarf shrimp are very active and hardy aquatic pets. As long as the water parameters are good and clean, they will thrive and do very well. Be sure that the water is below 80 F degrees (preferably mid 60s - to high 70s) and stays within a pH level of 5.0-6.4 and they will be fine.
They are great in groups and will be your aquarium "cleaning crew!"
