Known as the “King of Goldfish” in Japan, Ranchus are admired for their deep body, rounded back, and adorable "hood" (wen) covering their heads. Unlike other goldfish, Ranchus lack a dorsal fin, giving them a unique and charming waddle-like swim.
Perfect for both beginner and experienced aquarists, Ranchus thrive in peaceful, slow-moving freshwater tanks. They make excellent centerpiece fish for goldfish-only aquariums or indoor ponds.
